Why I’m offering this?
Hi, I’m Irina!
For years, I’ve been coaching busy professionals to improve their sleep by changing the habits and routines that get in the way of rest. And for many people, that worked.
But I started noticing something important:
Some people did everything “right”—they turned off screens, created wind-down routines, tried supplements—and still couldn’t sleep.
They weren’t doing anything wrong. They were dealing with insomnia—a sleep disorder that needs a different kind of support.
So I went back to the drawing board and trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)—the gold standard, evidence-based method for treating chronic insomnia.
Now I combine CBT-I with tools from mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and behavior change coaching, to meet you where you are and help you rebuild trust in your ability to sleep—step by step.
