Hi, I'm Irina, and I’m a certified sleep coach. For the last few years, I’ve been working mostly with busy professionals who were constantly overwhelmed by work, unable to switch off at night, and waking up exhausted every morning.
But also before I became a sleep coach, I spent years working as an IT Engineer for one of the top 5 IT companies in the world. I know firsthand the stress of juggling deadlines and tackling tough projects. And after a long and demanding day it wasn’t easy to switch off at night.
That experience, combined with the work I’ve done with my clients, has shown me just how common this struggle is. So many people come to me dealing with the same thing—lying awake at night, unable to shut off their racing thoughts.
And together, we’ve worked on evidence-based strategies to help them manage their stress, calm their minds, and improve their sleep. And I’m excited to share some these techniques with you.
